FRESH Festival

The FRESH festival is the largest gastronomic event in Pilsen region. A two-day excursion to discover diverse tastes, colours and aromas, will literally serve you heaven in your mouth. You will try excellent dishes from Czech and international cuisine and maybe you will embark on some culinary experiments. Whether you want to stick to the classics, or taste something new, the festival will convince you that the culinary art can be always taken to the next level. You won’t have to go far for menus from the most renowned Czech restaurants. The chefs themselves will prepare their famous specialties for you. The masterpieces, both visually and in taste, will be conjured up right in front of your eyes by the leaders in the industry at the cooking show. You will hear interesting stories from stars of the (not only) gastronomy scene during interviews in a talk show. You will spoil yourself not only with delicious food, but also with drinks. You won’t go wrong with first-class wines, quality beer or fine coffee. Thanks to the special accompanying events, even the little ones can get involved in cooking.
