Here, you will get to know scientific discoveries and innovations not only from the recent years through various experiments and games. You will be able to see and try out robotic devices, smart technologies, virtual reality, mathematical playground or a living history station by archaeologists. You will find out that science accompanies us in everyday life at every step, apart from technology and natural science, it is also present in healthcare, law, the arts, economy, and the humanities.
And who can attend the event organized by the University of the West Bohemia in Pilsen? Absolutely everyone – whether little explorers who start noticing the world around them more and more, or those who want to cultivate a sharp mind even in old age. It is simply never too early or too late to be curious and interested in science.
The well-established event has been given a new name to its 20th anniversary, the University of West Bohemia Day (UWB Day). You may have previously known it as Science and Technology Day.
