Soup Festival

The Soup Festival will prove to you that the courtyard of the Pilsner Urquell Brewery does not have to smell nicely only of hops. Feel free to have your bowl filled with traditional Czech soups and also those you have never tasted before. Exotic combinations, hearty broths, seasonal specialties and also unusual ingredients, all in the spirit of the motto of the festival: Soup is where it all starts! As autumn begins, nothing warms body and soul like the hot soup. Local restaurants, chefs and soup enthusiasts will be cooking the nourishing treats for you in the 40-litre caldrons right during the festival.
